Just a reminder that due to COVID-19 we still have some necessary precautions in place to minimise the risk to both our customers and staff.
1. Before you enter the Pharmacy, please wait at the door for a staff member to sanitise your hands and take your temperature. These are both essential and necessary requirements before you can enter the building.
2. We still have social distancing in place, so please observe the black 1.5 metre markings throughout the shop. We ask that customers stand behind the black lines when being served at either of the counters. Please do not lean on the counters.
3. We can only allow a maximum of 6 customers in the shop at one time so during busy periods you may be asked to wait outside. We will endeavour to not keep you outside in the cold for too long.
4. We encourage tap and go payments but will still accept cash when required.

5. All customers are requested to wear a face mask when visiting the pharmacy - this is now a Victorian government directive, and we appreciate your compliance with this request. If you do not have a face mask, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to enter the pharmacy.
We also ask for your patience, respect and understanding towards our staff during this ongoing difficult time. We are doing our absolute best in the current circumstances.

Entry to Creswick Medical Centre is only available through the main door which is located at the side of the building. There is currently no access via the Pharmacy.
